Chris has over 30 years of experience designing and overseeing construction of various project types, some of which include educational, commercial, residential assisted living and heath care. Chris specializes in the adaptive reuse and renovation of existing buildings. He doggedly researches and investigates existing conditions and stays continuously informed of new construction materials, techniques, and code developments in order to provide clients with successful projects of quality. He utilizes his experience and research to produce clear, correct, and concise construction documentation. Additionally, he has significant construction supervision experience that enables him to coordinate projects effectively.
