NIYA SHETTY
Niya joined Spring Line Design in July 2018. She was the former creative head of a design company that prototyped various architectural components using advanced fabrication techniques and innovative design materials. She has also been a part of a research team that has been actively working on improving Indoor Air quality through sustainable hydroponic plant-based ventilation systems. Niya is extremely interested in learning about works of different designers and staying up to date with the practices of the industry, which lead her to be the former editorial head of the design magazine Volume Zero. She believes that design can be used as a medium to change people’s lives and thus furthers this belief in being involved in Non-Profit charity design projects like CANstruction and Pollinator house competition.
